Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Since our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, delivery times are typically 7–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

International Shipping

We currently ship mainly to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you updated if a significant delay occurs.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate it, contact us at theheliosarc@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivered date and we'll help investigate.
