Return and Refund Policy

At The Helios Arc, we want you to love your claw clips. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, email us at theheliosarc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you next steps. Please don't send items back before receiving return confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your claw clip arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at theheliosarc@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Items marked as final sale
Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at theheliosarc@gmail.com

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they're defective or damaged. If you need a different color or style, please request a return and place a new order.
